Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's really great having you on board with us in the Community.
I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble managing the devices you have registered for use with the Sky app.
If you click on this link it will take you to your device management page. From here you can manage the devices registered for use with the TV Go app.
If you look towards the bottom, in red you will see: 'Manage my Sky devices'. Click on this and it will open a new page where you can manage any devices you have for use with the Sky App.
If you have any further issues, pop back and let us know as if need be, we can reset things for you here too.
