I type in my username and password and when I press the red 'Sign In' tab, nothing happens. Any ideas please?

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue with not being able to sign into TV Go.
Do you get an error message when you try and sign in?
Are you able to send a screen shot of this so we can look into this further for you?
Are you able to sign into your My Virgin Media account with the same details?
