Hi Simon,

You should be able to manage your Sky Devices by logging into

http://manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/skydevices

Make sure it's http and not https.

It's best to do this on either Edge or Firefox browsers as there is often an issue if using Chrome.

Any problems either try an incognito window or clear your browsing history

Hi @newapollo,

Would also like to report that this web app service is completely broken, seemingly beyond repair.

I'm currently in a situation where I've used all of my 5 "registered devices" due to multiple browser logins (same browser) on the same home computer; I cannot remove these duplicate expired sessions via http://manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/skydevices.

Ive accessed http://manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/skydevices and been able to log in on Edge and Firefox (in private mode), but the page does not list any devices.

The lack of https is also a major concern.

Hi @pedramjm

Welcome to the community!

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your registered devices on your Sky Sports app. Have you removed/replaced a device in this month already? You can only make this change once per calendar month, as advised here.
