Hi
I am unable to sign into TV Go on my Iphone, the error message says the main user needs to sign in not a sub account.
I am the main user, and I have used my correct username/password. I have reinstalled the app etc. But it hasn't solved the issue.
A secondary account issue was resolved yesterday on the main account, as the main account had randomly been made the secondary account.

Thank you for making this post regarding accessing TV Go on your iPhone, I'm sorry to hear you are not able to sign in at the moment. You mentioned that the main account had been made a secondary account, I would like to check that this isn't still the case for your TV Go access.
