How can I watch my Recorded Programmes on my Laptop?

What TV box do you have is it a V6 or Tivo ?

My Operating System is Windows 10 Home and is up to date.
And my Media box is the V6 Model

On Windows 10 you can only manage the recordings on your box, or watch live TV, I am afraid that viewing recording isn't allowed.

Im also struggling to watch anything on my Mac and my google phone when we have a v6 box
