Help!

I am trying to set up the virgin go app but have never received any email confirmation with my account number or area code from Virgin in a year of being a customer, I believe this is probably because I signed up over the phone. I want to be able to access the app and all its features but most importantly I want to be able to access Sky Sports on the go considering how much it costs me a month! Someone please help

Both of those will be listed on your bills, which will be available online if you don't get paper copies sent.
