Help

Tried calling to resolve an issue with my bill and TV Go not working on mobile and was on hold for 45 minutes only to be cut off. Tried calling back and waited another 25 minutes and representative was so unhelpful. No further forward but yet you are still taking £150 per month off me... If I treated customers like this in my profession I would be hung drawn and quartered...

C'mon Virgin, I left Sky cause they were crap but beginning to regret that now
