Glitching while watching shows

Anyone else having issues with the app “tv to go” I can’t watch my saved programs as it keeps glitching, the sound doesn’t follow the program. It’s out of sync, the mouths don’t follows the words. It skips some bits.

I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app.

I have looked for updates.

I don’t know what else to do, any help please?

Is this on any specific programmes?

And are you watching on Android or iOS?

It’s on all shows and I’m watching on an iPhone XR.

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear that you are having an issue with watching your saved programmes. 

Just a few questions so we can look further into this for you. 

  • Does this happen when watching Live TV too?
  • How about On Demand or Catch up content? 
  • When using another device, do you have the same issues? 
  • Finally are you connecting via 3G/4G or WiFi?
