Glad it wasn't just me!!
Reinstalled the mobile app and wasted a device registration trying to resolve this before I noticed it was doing the same on the Now on TV web portal
Come on Virgin get this sorted
On a plus side Nutella and Always ultra are getting some serious air time for their adverts LOL!!

We're sorry that Dave HD isn't working at the moment.
I have now raised this issue with the relevant support teams and we hope to have a fix in place very soon.

I've just tested on my TVGO app and it's working OK, playing Top Gear.

Yep ,appears to be down again this also happened back in december , appears to be an on going issue that is made do rather than a fix , soul destroying.

Bumping this back up as it`s been stuck on border force since last night, a full 24 hours and counting ,tick tock untill i get rid of this stupid virgin account , i do not have the option to toggle between HD and SD and nor should i have to do this as im paying (through the nose)for a service that im not receiving, nor do i have a tv that i can access and a pc is my only means of watching tv and dave is my most watched channel
