My wife and I both have iPhone 11s but lately she is unable to get certain channels such as E4HD on TV Go which displays the above message whilst everything plays fine on my phone. Both phones have up to date software. Any assistance gratefully received

I'm so sorry to hear that you have been facing this issue on both devices. Can I ask if you are able to view these channels on any other devices at all? If so does the message still appear?
Does this only happen on this channel? If not what other channels are effected?
Have you also tried deleting and reinstalling the app?

thanks for your reply. Yes we can see on other devices so we have totally removed the app and reinstalled which seems to have done the trick.
