I cannot watch SkySports on the desktop player - it initially connects and then this error comes onto the screen.
I'm a UK Virgin Media customer with full subscription.
I've just logged out and logged in again with the same result.

I have a mac, I don't have snipping tool, I have done a malware scan, I have closed all other applications, I still get this error message. Does anyone else have any further advice? the app works fine on my phone. It's infuriating.

Thanks for the clarification @Muggaz, I'm sorry to hear you're still getting the error message. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies?
