Error code 62 :-1

I get error code Error code:62 : -1 when trying to download a recorded programme onto my phone in the TV control app. Why won't it let me download my programme? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your post on our Community Forums @LSP1, and I'm sorry to hear of the difficulty downloading the programme via the TV Control application.

Does this happen on all programmes or this particular one?

Are you connected to your home Wi-Fi when trying to do this, or via mobile data?

Have you attempted to remove and the re-install the app on your device?

Have you possibly been able to try an alternative device to see if this error is reproduced?

What model of set top box are you using?
