I keep getting an error message when I try to use Virgin go. I just get a message saying ‘Not Available - Sorry - We can’t play that at the moment’. I’ve had this for a few weeks now and it’s on all the channels across the app.

Sorry to hear you've not been able to access the TVGO app. Can you confirm, are able to successfully log into the app and you see this error when selecting a program or can you not gain access to through the app at all?
Do you have the same issue when using accessing TVGO through the website here?

Have you tried to access the TVGo Account with a different device to see if the same issue happens? Have you taken a look at our TVGO App Help page to see if this can help with the issue?
