Error 142 on virgin media Go

I have an android mobile samsung A70

Whem I try to play any of the boxsets i get an error code 142 and a message saying thid cant be played at the moment this has been going on for a few days two weeks ago it was working just fine ive unistalled the app and reinstalled the app but still the same problem

Any ideas please

I’m having the same problem can watch live tv but won’t play anything in box sets or saved programs

Sorry to hear you're having this issue, it's not good. 

Is it just the app that has this error, have you tried using it from a browser or other device at all? 

Is the app up to date?

Ive tried another device and the same error comes up error 142

Thank you for coming back to us, I am sorry to hear you are having issues with our appp, Have you tried signing out and back into the app?

 

You can also try uninstalling and re-installing thee appp.

Tried reinstalling app it was the first thing i tried im still having problems
