Devices unable to remove for TV Go

I am unable to remove any devices from my Virgin Go. I go to device management and replace and a window pops up (that looks like a password is required) saying do I want to remove device. I select Yes and an error message comes up. I see this has happened to others but seems it can only be fixed internally.
