Devices reached

Hi 

We appear to be having the same issue and maximum devices reached, but we are having to register devices each time.

Can these be reset?

Thanks for your post on our Community Forums @GrahamRiley, and a very warm welcome to you!

We can reset these devices for our customers, however this is an account holder only action. 

Can you confirm that you are the account holder for the Media services?

If so, we can invite you in for a private messaging conversation, and once data protection is passed, can perform the reset for you
