Device limit taken by hacker

I am trying to add my iPad to the app but my device limit is reached because someone called Hasan has taken up my account (I don’t know who this is).

so my account is hacked.

I can not remove him for 12 days so I wonder if someone else here can?

Re: Device limit taken by hacker

You could try telephoning the call centres and they may be able to remove your registered devices.

You should change all your passwords to complex ones as a matter of urgency and set your devices to NOT remember passwords.

You can't learn anything from a mistake until you admit that you've made it.

Re: Device limit taken by hacker

Hi Arongunningham,

Welcome to our community forum, it's great to have you on board.

I'm very sorry to hear that an unauthorised person has signed into your Virgin Media TV Go App.

I have sent you a private message so we can remove the device right away.

Thanks,

Dean C
