Device limit reached

I have a message whilst trying to watch my sky sports that the device limit has been reached - but the two devices include the one I’m trying to watch it from  ie my IPad. I deregistered and tried again but it still says device limit reached. I’m stuck. It’s made worse Because my sky sports mobile app has also stopped working in iPad and iPhone
