Device limit reached

Have recently upgraded iPhone / changed provider to virgin. 

When attemting to watch sky sports on new phone I get message 'device limit reached'

Do I require to contact Virgin to get permissions reset?

Welcome to our family and also to our community forums 🙂 

 

Now that you are with us, are you logging into the Sky Sports app using your MyVirginMedia log in information?

 

You can also check your devices that are registered for both TVGo and the Sky Sports app via the TVGo website: virgintvgo.virginmedia.com Just log in using your information and pop to the settings menu to check and change/update 🙂
