You should be able to manage your Sky Devices by logging into
http://manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/skydevices
Make sure it's http and not https.
It's best to do this on either Edge or Firefox browsers as there is often an issue if using Chrome.
Any problems either try an incognito window or clear your browsing history

I'm sorry to say that it isn't possible.
The Disney + app is only available on the 360 boxes.
Vm will eventually updating all boxes to 360's. You can regrade to a 360, and if yuo negotiate a new deal then you will probably be offered that switch. It isn't compulsory though as part of a new deal.
The 360 runs on the Horizon (VM's own system) software rather than the Tivo software.
A lot of people don't like it due to a lack of options that are only available on the Tivo/V6 boxes, however I'm very happy with it.
