Try the following link http://manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/skydevices
Make sure you use http and not https
You should then be able to see which devices are registered for Sky Sports and remove any that aren't required
I've found it works in a normal window for myself when using Edge or Firefox, but sometimes have problems using Chrome
if you have problems using Chrome. then either open the above link in an incognito window, or clear browsing data and try again.

Thank you for reaching back out to us, I can see you have already tried everything advised, are you able to use out TV Go on the device for other channels, when you were trying to watch Sky Sports were there any other devices using the app at the same time, the reason I ask is you can only watch Sky Sports on one device at a time?

No, the only time I watch sky sports on a different device, is when we watch it in our garden bar and that would be through my laptop

Thank you for all your help, I managed to log onto my old laptop and the links worked, I have now deleted all the old devices logged on to sky sports and it now works on my mobile
