Device limit reached

Hello , I have been trying to find where to delete old devices so I can connect new ones , but to no avail. Please could you delete all my registered devices so I can enjoy my services again.

Is that for TV Go or for Sky Sports?

For TV Go, there isn't a delete option. You replace older devices with a new ones once all slots are full. You can do that 3 times a month.

For Sky Sports you need to go here http://manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/skydevices using a Private browsing session on your web browser, and you can delete devices there
