Device limit reached is wrong

Pixel device says limit reached but the pixel is registered. Only change I've made in over 3 months. How do I get it to realise it is the same device

It's likely that the phone has had a security update and it registering as a new device.

Any idea how to fix it? It meant I missed Chelsea - albeit that was a blessing.

Says I can't till the 1.02.19. despite me using virgin TV go on this device. Any other ways?

Hi there Dazzler99, welcome to our forums.

 

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

 

If you remove a device this counts as 1 change and then adding a device counts as a second change which is the 2 used up in the month.

 

Can you confirm if this is what you have done?

For the second time I re registered the device. Once in January and then again Feb and again it says device not registered. I'm using a pixel 3 why does it not recognise it. I watched it fine 2 days ago but now it says device not registered. Help please!
