Device limit reached for Sky Cinema

Morning all.

We have just upgraded our package to include Sky Cinema. I normally watch Sky Go on my IPad. I have downloaded the cinema app but each time I try and watch a movie I get that old favourite message of Device limit reached. I have deregistered the iPad and then registered it again but no success. I can still watch normalTV and sports just not Sky Cinema. Does anyone know how I can solve this please!

I am sorry to hear that, have you deregistered via My Virgin Media?

Hi Joe, thanks for replying. Yes I did do that on Virgin Media butit didn’t work.
