I am using the same PC with the same browser using the same app to connect. So why does it say reached a limit? Four out of my five devices are listed as "My Computer - Google Chrome"!
Could someone how to advise on clearing 3 spaces?

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your TV go devices, do you clear your cache and cookies, when you close your browser down? If so that is why you have reached you device limit as the system will treat it as a new device every time that you log in to the application. I would be happy to help with this but we would only be able to reset all of your devices from the app, would you like me to do that?
