I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with Sky Sports.

 

I've checked your account and there is only one device currently registered; Louis' Ipad. You'll need to re-register your other device to stream (you have a device change available for this).

I’m having problems with this as well, I’ve just changed phones and now I can’t watch sky sports app on my new phone cos I have to many devices registered, I would like to change my iPhone 6 to iPhone X

Hi I too have this problem. My Virgingo app says only one device reistered, the one I want IPad pro. Sky sports app says limit reached. Can you please remove any other devices as they are no longer used.

Sorted my self now, thanks to Graham—B posted link. Why does it all have to be so difficult, I'm in my mid seventies and really struggle with all this, no one cares.
