I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with syncing your Sky to your TV Anywhere.
To make sure I am giving you the correct information, can you advise me on what devices you are trying to stream Sky on?
From looking at your TVA profile, it looks like you have an iPhone and iPad. If this is correct download the apps and then log in via the VM Logo using the same details as you would for TV Anywhere.
Once you have done this, attempt to stream and your device should automatically register and commence streaming.

OK, I have refreshed your Sky platform by removing the S5. If you can attempt to stream again on the Sky Movies app, this will automatically re register the device and streaming should start.
As the Sports app is not available for Android quite yet, it won't work on that.

Hi. I am experiencing the same issue. I have deleted my iPhone and replaced it with an iPad through the virgin app.
Within the sky sports app I cannot see where I can update my devices, in the Account option it just says that I am signed in with my service provider. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
I have now solved the problem.
Followed Kaths advice from a previous reply, but had to do it in a slightly different way.
"Log on to anywhere.virginmedia.comFrom there click on My Profile on the right hand sideThen select Sky Movies and Sky Sports"
I followed the above instructions, and logged in as instructed. But, because I was doing it on my iPad I got an"unsupported browser" message. Continued anyway.
The problem I then had was that under"MY PROFILE" all I could do was view my account, no mention of sky sports.
i resolved it by then typing anywhere.virginmedia in the browser address bar. I was then able to select sky sports and movies from the My Profile menu.
In summary: (if you're using an iPad)
1 go to anywhere.virginmedia.com
2 log on
3 ignore the unsupported browser message by selecting continue
4 repeat step 1
5 click on My Profile
6 select Sky Movies and Sky Sports7 delete the offending device (note: you cannot add your new device at this stage)
8 when you open your sky app the new device will be added.
It worked for me, hope it does for everyone else too. Merry Christmas!
Same problem here, seems very common and very annoying, CEO's office haven't yet resolved my complaint.

What I should have mentioned in my previous post is it's best to do the steps on a PC / Laptop so you don't encounter any further errors My Mistake.

I'm sorry to hear you too are having an issue with this.
When logging into anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Sky Movies and Sky Sports are there any devices listed there? If so, remove these to free up the slots.
Use the device you want registered to stream the Sky content and this will automatically register your device.
If this still doesn't work let me know the make and model of your device and i'll investigate further.
I am trying to use my registered iPad to watch sky sports and sky movies but it is saying that i have reached my device limit but it is already registered and I am out of changes as i added my laptop
