Hi there,

I want to remove a device from my Virgin TV Go app, but no longer have access to the device. How can I get around this?

There isn't a delete option. With TV Go you choose which device to replace when your device slots are full and you're registering a new one.

Even where a device is registered, without the username and password a device can't log in to use TV Go, so any old device that's been reset can't be used for TV Go.

I haven’t got the option of adding a new device to replace the one I want gone. So how can I stop this person from using my Virgin go?

If you didn't reset the device, then you'll need to change your My Virgin Media password.

That should force the app to prompt for a login again.

I’ve done this, with no success. The device still appears on the device list. I don’t think the app prompts them to login again, as they would of pressed “keep me logged in”

Even if the app is logged out, devices that have previously been registered will still show on the device list until they are replaced. That's how it works for TV Go.

Ok Thankyou for your assistance, I’ll see if the password change works.
