Hi
im trying to use my virgin to go but I can’t log in, I’ve tried to reset my password but I keep getting the DEF01 error. I can’t sign in with my details or reset my password.
I’ve tried using chrome, the app and safari, same error
Can anyone help with this matter

I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble with the DEF01 error. Just to confirm, is this the My Virgin Media portal or the TV:GO app? We can definitely look into assisting you further with getting your password sorted.
