Change a device on Virgin Tv Go

Will not let me change any device on my Virgin Tv Go especially with having 2 old phones still on there anyone know what I need to do please..

Can you please advise me if you've been able to watch the TV Go content on a new device and replace one of the devices that's currently taking up a slot?
