Hoping someone can help-I used to always set recordings remotely using the Virgin Media TV app. Never had any issues.
Now however it won’t work, after I press ‘Record’ on the programme guide, it tries to process and then I get a message saying ‘Request failed, please make sure your Digital + box is on or in standby mode (power usage should be set to High in the settings on your Digital + box)’
My box is definitely either on fully or in standby when I get this message. I’ve gone into the settings but can’t seem to find anything about power usage. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app but I’m still getting the error message.
Can anyone shed any light on this issue please?
