Cannot access virginmedia go

I was told during the sales patter I would have access to both Sky Sports & BT Sports, both of which I subscribe to would be available when I was away from home e.g. a hotel but both ask me for a respective account number. I’ve tried using my v/m details but this doesn’t work!

You can't use the BT Sport app, those channels are available via the TV Go app for Virgin Media subscribers.

For Sky Sports there is a Virgin Media UK sign in option under the main Sky iD login that should prompt for your My Virgin Media details.
