Can’t watch recordings on devices

Neither iPhone or iPad will play recordings. ‘Unable to access’. I am DEFINITELY using same network and tv go app has permission to access drvices.

Just to confirm are you trying to watch these recordings via TV go? https://virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/en.html Do you have the same issues with live TV? Are you getting these issues on the web browser or the app of TV go?

Yes on tvgo app. Live tv ok

Virgin tv go app. iPad now ok, still not working on iPhone.
