If it's still the same then I'd recommend re-installing the app and checking for updates on your device and app.

Has the TV Go app ever worked on this device? Which model of iPhone are you using? Which version of iOS do you currently have installed?

Thanks for the details.
It seems we've had some trouble with Virgin TV Go on some devices recently but it should be working now. Could you try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if you can sign in now?
