Can’t register second device

Unable to register second device (iPhone) keep getting a message not able to register device at this time. Been trying for the last week. First device (IPad) works fine

Thanks for posting.

 

I have re-synced your subscription to please test it again.

 

If it's still the same then I'd recommend re-installing the app and checking for updates on your device and app.

Virgin TV Go still not working on my Iphone "Your device ******** cannot be registered at the moment. Please try again later." and I followed your advice

It seems we've had some trouble with Virgin TV Go on some devices recently but it should be working now. Could you try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if you can sign in now?
