Hi there - I can login to my account online just fine but for the past 6 weeks I have not been able to login to the TV control app on my iPhone.
my iPhone is updated.
my V6 box is updated.
my network remotes work just fine.
At the login I get a tick after my email address and then another tick after entering my password but then it scrolls round to the login page again telling me that I’ve got capslock on or some such nonsense - try again or use the help pages. Everything I can think of has been done but just not working.

I would also clear the cache and cookies ain my current browser and try again.
Also try usinsg an incognito window or different browser.

Yes - thanks - have done all that. Plus - it’s not logging in to VirginMedia I’m having an issue with - it’s logging in to the TV Control app - which is a completely different thing…
I have done the basics - and the slightly less than basic… still no joy

Hi @fizzlepopple thanks for getting back to us.
To eliminate whether or not it's an issue with your specific handset and IOS, are you able to test on a different device? If anyone in your property has an android device?

No Android device in the house… however - if it were an iOS specific complaint I would suspect many would be raising it… probably…!
