I am receiving this error message trying to login to the sky sports app
There is a problem with your login.
We can't check your account details right now. Please try again later.
I have tried everything suggested in previous post with the same problem.
I am signing in by clicking the virgin media customer button and entering my Virgin email address and password
I have reset my password just in case
I have uninstalled the sky sports app
I have tried using a browser
I am trying to use the service on my Galaxy S8 phone that is registered and I have used the Sky sports app before, however not for some time.
I would be extremely grateful for some help with this before the weekend. Any tips or advice would be most welcome.
