Im using the Virgin go app on my Samsung tablet, that works fine
But if I try to watch Sky as usual it redirects me to Sky and then asks me to log in
Then press the virgin button to log in and it asks me for my email and password
It will suddenly, today, not accept my correct email
Ive deleted and reinstalled both apps and checked the email/username virgin have recorded and I am entering the correct one

I have solved this ....if I type the whole of my email manually into the log in box it recognises it.
But as I type the first couple of letters my whole email pops up.... and if I then paste it into the box which we all do to save time, it does not recognise my email.
