Can’t log in to Virgin TV go in browser or app

I have been trying to log into the virgin tv website and app but it keeps saying logging in isn’t possible.

Customer service and tech support have been no use at all.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Yes, couldn't log into virgin go, then got it but couldn't log into sky sports app with virgin account

Can I ask a few questions please 

What device are you using and what Operating system on your Laptop/pc

Can you log in okay to your My Virgin Media Account 

Are you the primary account holder 

What error messages do you get

Hi Gareth 

I have tried logging in via chrome on a mac, safari on a mac, chrome on a pc, the app on iphone and none of them work. 

I can log in to my regular virgin media account, so the login details work.  

I am the primary and only account holder. 

When trying to log in I get this message (no error codes): 

In all browsers: Sign in is currently not possible. Please check back soon. 

In app: Sorry - this isn't available. Oops - the service isn't available at the moment, try again in a few minutes.  

If I try to register, when I put in my email address from my Virgin Media Account is says 'please enter a valid email address' and then it won't let me fill in my phone number and I can't click continue. I have triple checked the email address, it is correct and I have never used another email address with my Virgin account. 

I have also reset my password, but that did not help either.

So I can look at this in a bit more detail

I will need to send you a private message to pass security 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great

At least we know the issue was not having a TV service with us was reason you were not able tt log in
