Can’t log in to Virgin TV Go in browser or iOS app

I have a new iPhone 14 Pro Max and I’m trying to access TV Go for the first time on this device. I get the prompt (see photo above) when I attempt to log in. I know how to manage the devices on my account, but because I am unable to log in, I obviously cannot get as far as the device management option. I am still able to access the service on existing devices on my account. I’m not running a VPN. I am able to log in to My Virgin Media on the new handset. The same issue also occurs through the Safari browser on my new iPhone.

With regards to the existing devices, how many do you have connected?

Also are you able to remove a device if needs be?
