Hi. Just tried to connect to skysports app on my phone to watch live tv. However I keep getting a message that my device limit has been reached and to contact my service provider (Virgin). Virgin go app is showing the phone I am using as a registered device and virgin go works fine. Any ideas what I can do to get skysports working?

Seems to have resolved the issue. For some reason registering devices on Virgin go app did not run through to my account but using the link that @BenMcr provided has done the trick. Thanks to both of you.
