Audio but no video on TV go app

downloaded the app onto my new Lenovo M10 plus tablet. No problems signing or seeing the channels, but when I select a programme, I get no video - audio works fine

Any suggestions or help? Other TV apps are working fine

We do have an update 🙂

Would you please be able to try the following to see if it resolves the issue?

1. Turn colour settings from warm to default
2. Disable eye protection.

We look forward to hearing if this works.
