Asked to registered the device after clearing my cookies?
I've just cleared up my browser and as a result I'm being asked to regegister this device even though this device is still being shown as registered? I'l linked this machine to the TV service just a week or so ago and now have no device changes left to reregister. Is there anything that can be done?

Really cannot believe the response from Martin, a Forum Team member over this issue!
Why should customers be penalised for keeping their devices safe and secure? Cleaning cookies should not entail a customer having to wait until refresh date to regain access!
Get your act together, reset the OP's device management and lose the shoddy attitude. Loads of us mortals are having trouble with this issue and would rather see some action from Virgin to resolve it, not have Team Members give condescending advice!
