Hello everybody.
Suddenly tonight I'm getting the above message and the page is frozen on me.
I use a Surface pro running Win11 via the Edge browser.
It is still running well via the app on my Android tablet, just not on Windows.
I have rebooted the 360 box but the problem remains.
Can anybody help please?

Hi everybody, it's new to me. I don't get another app is running, just a grey box bottom right saying Stand by and Virgin TV with an on/off button. However the page, other than seeing what is on responds to nothing.
Anybody any ideas please?

Hi @Roomster thanks for your post, sorry to hear you're still having issues.
It seems that your device is syncronising to your TV360 box, giving you the option to turn it off - have you been able to get past this now?
I'd recommend rebooting your browser, trying again and if this still persists, clearing your cache/cookies as this should help somewhat.

Hi Tom, I think you are right. I deleted the app and was able to use the site without. However this is not fully as no box sets etc. Just view again as per the TV set. When I then put the app back it was blocked again.
I have for now put the address as a favourite, so can at least watch.
So no I have not totally sorted it, but will look into if further in the next few days. Thanks for your reply.
