Can you post a screenshot of the error message? What do you mean by "on a sub account"?

Welcome to our community and thanks for posting. Sorry to hear you're having difficulty signing in to your TVGO app, can we ask if you're using the same details you use when signing in online?
As our valued member @japitts, has asked already, are you able to send us a screen shot of this error message? Has the basics of deleting the app and reinstalling had any affect? Have you tried to reset the password?
