Access to sky sports via the sky sports app

Hello

i cannot access sky sports via the sky sports app as it says a problem with login details. I’ve updated my password as previously suggested by VM yet it still does not work. 

Any suggestions?

I also have the same issue attempting to access sky sports via the sky sports app. Login details cannot be validated.

Does this happen one device or across various?

Are you able to log into other Virgin Media apps such as My Virgin Media and TV GO?

Happens across any iPad. No other issues logging into any other apps such as My Virgin Media and TV GO.
