5 Spike

5 Spike on TV Go in Browser hasn't worked for a week now.

You select the channel / programme, it looks like the stream will start, it never does.

Firefox 64-bit

Day 17.

5 Spike & 5 Star still aren't working in browser(s) [Firefox / IE11]

Other users report the same, while it seems to be OK in the Android app.

It has been over a month now & I can't even get a response, let alone a fix?

More4 has fallen off now as well. Do you have any plans to sort this out or are these channels going to be unavailable forever?

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with TV Go.

 

This issue has been raised by our technicians and they are working towards a resolution F006509563. We'll update on this as soon as we have a fix date.

It's been two months now. And in that time, Channel 4+1 has gone the same way.

At this rate, there will be no channels left.

What am I supposed to do with the fault number?

Not that anyone seems to care, but CBS Reality is the latest channel to simply fall off the platform.

Hi,

All the viewers care but virginmedia do not. Most of the channels do work on their app and most of the recordings cannot be seen on the tablet as well.

Again VM just do not care, they only read these forums about once a fortnight. They need a team of people to respond to these questions. An email address would be nice. A communications  company that cannot use their  own communications.

I have found it impossible to ever get any answer from them. There is just no one to ask.

This forum is so they can ignore us and let their customers sort out their own problems. What they need is a technical department
