Hi I am considerably over the age of 21 but for some reason I cannot turn off parental controls on one of my mobile accounts, it just says that it being looked at try again in few minutes. Its been 2 days now

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.
If there's an account change / update in progress already on the number then that could explain the error message.
We did also experience an issue with our service order requests around the time you posted so it was probably just that and it's all working now.
Let me know if you continue to have issues though.
