Websafe does not work even though appears switched on

Reviving this thread as it is a year on and still Web Safe does not work. The issue was previously slightly complicated as I was using a laptop that routed traffic through a filter but I have since changed jobs and checked against several devices and I can categorically say Web Safe is not working.

Please help as I am desperate to protect my kids from internet harm. When I started this thread I was being pre-emptive, now they are at the stage they need the features of Web Safe which despite appearing to be 'On' and in use filters absolutely nothing out (whether blocked based on category or specifically blocked sites - neither works).

Reviving thread as still no resolution. I have reset my router to factory settings, Web Safe is on, I have added some sites to be blocked, yet still I can access categories and sites that should be filtered out. Timer settings: Never turn off.

I am increasingly concerned about the content available to my children online as they are getting older and using the internet for greater periods.
