Hi,
I cannot access the web safe settings page to switch off web safe - the page either doesn’t load or comes up with a message saying “oops something’s gone wrong on our side”
Can this be rectified please?

Found a workaround for anyone still having issues,
I managed to access my WebSafe settings by my.virginmedia/home/index page and under the Broadband was a link to WebSafe settings that worked.
Hopefully might be useful to some other folk!
