Virgin Blocking my Website

Hi,

Does any one know how I can get Virgin Media to unblock my website.

https://www.premiumhobbies.co.uk/   ( 198.185.159.144 )

I am not a virgin media customer. I have emailed websafefeedback@virginmedia.co.uk but have had no response, is there a better way to contact them?

Thanks.

For non-customers, not that I've seen. When I was doing reports, from the customer facing side it took three to four weeks to get a response back.

Re: Virgin Blocking my Website

Thanks for the quick answers.

If I get feedback to say people cannot reach the site I'll post back.

Four weeks is better than not at all, it's just a bit annoying having customers that cannot reach the website.

Re: Virgin Blocking my Website

Of interest (personal) .... Why do you think VM has blocked the site???

Your site given link  shows unwanted end space in your URL script .. thus https://www.premiumhobbies.co.uk/%C2%A0

If you can get to your source HTML look for an unwanted <a href=) entry and delete that..

If you can't access it try using Word Press Redirection plug-in to re-direct this URL to the correct URL ( i.e  without the

%C2%a0)  ( although this route of adding plug-ins can be time consuming) ... ZvnK ...
